Hello,
Could you please let us know as which installer is required by you. You also mentioned that the zip file is not present on the webpage, could you please share the same link with us.
Also, I would like to specify that the installer first needs to be downloaded on your system (for which you require an Internet connection). But once the installer is present on your system, you can run it any time in future irrespective of the Internet connection present or not.
