When I download the C1WebInstallerEnterprise.exe (web installer) and run it, all I get is the error "Unable to obtain download information at this time". I am behind a corporate firewall and proxy server that requires credentials to get through. I’m not sure if this is the issue or not. In the past, I have downloaded a .zip, which contains the .msi files. This worked great. Now with the web installer, I can’t get it installed.

There might arise certain issues related to firewall/proxy server. You may try disabling the firewall (if possible) and then perform the download. See if you still face the same issue.
Next, could you share with us the link from which you are trying to download the installer. Also, specify if you are looking for Asp .Net Ajax controls or Asp .Net Wijmo controls.

I am behind a corporate firewall, which cannot and will not be disabled.
I am downloading from the download link:
http://www.componentone.com/StudioEnterprise/Download/
which redirects to:
http://www.componentone.com/Downloads/Download/?productID=66&
This downloads C1WebInstallerEnterprise.exe
The download of this works, but then I get an error "Unable to obtain download information at this time".
I was attempting to install Studio Enterprise 2012V1 (now 2012V2?), including the ASP.NET Webforms controls, .Net Winforms controls, ActiveX controls, etc.
We have 3 paid licenses and cannot get the new versions downloaded and installed.

I decided to test downloading an individual package, which worked. I guess, instead of downloading Studio Enterprise in one download, I will need to download 9 separate install files. Somewhat of a pain, but I don’t see an option.
