Hi,
For the NetHelp target, where is the favorite data stored locally on a user's computer? Is it in a cache, temp folder, or cookie etc? I have some user's reporting that sections that have been placed within the favorite's pane are disappearing on a daily basis.
I'm using Doc-to-Help 2007.

Hello,
The favorites are stored in the browser cache. Keeping the
"Preserve Favorites website data" box checked when deleting browser
history should prevent the favorites from getting erased when the browser
history is cleared.And the favorites are stored in cookies, so having cookies
disabled will prevent the settings from saving. Of course, clearing the cookies
will remove the favorites also.Regards
