Group references & printed manuals

    Group links are very nice in HTML & NetHelp output formats. But, I’m not seeing how to get the list of links to show up in a printed manual. Ideally, the list of related topics would also include page numbers.

    If that’s not built in, perhaps a script could accomplish the result that I want?

    This is not built in as such, and it cannot be implemented as well for manual targets
