    I do not find an easy way to deselect selected row by holding Ctrl key and mouse click. You may have to write some client side to get the selection first , clear it and then setting up the selection leaving the deselected out.

    You may surely delete the selected rows by creating a custom call back that deletes all rows at once.

      var ss = document.getElementById("FpSpread1″);

    This call will cause an AJAX callback to the server and fire Spread’s
    ButtonCommand event with the e.CommandName set to DeleteSelRows. Then
    in this event, you can get the selected rows and delete them.

    You can get the selected range client side using GetSelectedRange( ) method.

    For example:

    <SCRIPT language=javascript>

        function showSelection() {

           var rg = FpSpread1.GetSelectedRange();

           alert("selected "+rg.type+", "+rg.row+", "+rg.col+", "+rg.rowCount+", "+rg.colCount);
